Received my Brozz yesterday evening.  Box was perfect and undamaged.  The SAIA driver was a real gentleman and even helped as the two of us pulled it up my steep driveway using his hand truck. I read about your fine customer relations on China Riders and that is one of the main reasons I went with you (I also really liked the looks and features of the bike).  I was not disappointed and want to thank you for your professionalism.  A job well done!
